Shipment Processing Times

We take pride in our ability to process orders quickly. Our current order processing times may range from 2-5 business days. Once shipped, we ask that you allow 3-8 business days for deliveries. Transit times may exceed what is outlined above.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery. Shipping and delivery dates are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. We are not liable for any delays in shipments.

Title and Risk of Loss

We will arrange for shipment of the products to you. Please check the individual product page for specific delivery options. You will pay all shipping and handling charges specified during the ordering process. Promo Shipping qualifies for free standard shipping.

Shipping Methods (estimated delivery times)

Shipping will be according to UPS shipping terms and conditions, which may be approximately 3-8 business days.

Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number should be active within 48 hours of receipt of the email. If you have not received an order tracking update within 3 business days, please contact our Customer Service team.

Damages

Ivoclar will refund orders that have been damaged during the shipping process. If you’ve received a product that is non-working due to damage during shipping, please contact our Customer Service team within 3 business days of receiving your order.

Lost or Stolen Orders

Ivoclar accepts no responsibility for lost or stolen items that have been confirmed as successfully delivered by the courier. Ivoclar does not reimburse or replace orders that have been confirmed as delivered by the courier and are reported lost or stolen. Ivoclar may at its sole discretion, provide an affidavit if needed.



Reimbursement Policy

Except for any products designated on the Site as non-returnable or non-reimbursable, we will accept a claim for reimbursement of the products for a refund of your purchase price, less the original shipping and handling costs, provided such claims are made within thirty (30) days of shipment, and provided sufficient evidence is provided that a valid claim has been submitted. To make a claim for reimbursement, submit the following to our Customer Service team at vivastyle@ivoclar.com: evidence of purchase, reason for dissatisfaction with product, and any other evidence requested by Ivoclar. No returns of products will be accepted. All complaints for products should be directed to the Customer Service team at Ivoclar.

Refunds are processed within approximately thirty (30) days of evaluation by Ivoclar of your reimbursement claim. Your refund will be credited back to the same payment method used to make the original purchase on the Site. WE OFFER NO REFUNDS ON ANY PRODUCTS DESIGNATED ON THIS SITE AS NON-RETURNABLE.

Ivoclar does not send out replacement products to customers. We will only provide a refund if you make a claim for reimbursement within the time stated above.

The following conditions must be met in order to qualify for a refund:

A reimbursement claim must be made within 30 days of your shipment date. Ivoclar does not provide refunds for requests made outside of 30 days of shipment date.

You must meet all reimbursement criteria to be eligible to receive a refund.


ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Due to how quickly we process orders, we’re unable to make any changes to your order once you’ve completed your purchase. This includes but isn’t exclusive to changes like the following:

Changing the item

Delivery/billing address

Adding items to your order

Shipping method


*IVOCLAR ACCEPTS NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR MIS-SHIPPED ORDERS DUE TO INCORRECT ADDRESSES BEING ENTERED BY PURCHASER. WE WILL NOT REFUND OR REIMBURSE ORDERS DUE TO INCORRECT ADDRESSES BEING ENTERED BY THE PURCHASER.
